- Once we receive the details from you, regarding your order requirements. Our customer care department will go through the details and specification provided by you. They may get in touch with you through email or telephone as may be convenient to you, in case they require some additional information.
- Once they are complete with all the details. They will calculate the estimate of the jewelry as per the designs, your specification and prevailing rates in the market. The detailed Quotation will be sent to you for your approval of the order.
- Once you approve Quotation, we will send you the invoice with details of payment. You are expected to make 50% payment in advance. Rest of the payment has to made on the completion of the order, the information for which will be sent to you once the product is ready for dispatch. We will send you pictures of the product once it is finished.
- After receipt of complete payment, the product will be dispatched to you.
