- The order from “Made on order jewelry” cannot be mixed with order from our regular catalogue.
- orders for Customized jewellery are processed separately from the orders placed from our regular inventory. Processing time of these order may be from 4-6 weeks or more depending on the type of item and the order size.
- The actual rates of the item may also differ from the approx. rates mentioned on the website. The actual rates and details shall be updated to you by email.
- In some exceptional cases, we may not be able to manufacturer the requested item due to non feasibility or non availability of some specific gemstone or diamonds or any related accessories.
- The details to the confirmation of the order, pricing and other essential information for the processing of order will be sent to you for your approval before we start processing the order.
- You will have period of 5 days to approve or deny the order.
- Once the order is approved, we shall send you the completed detailed invoice of the order through the email requesting for 50% of the total amount of the order to start with the processing of the order. The payment to the order can be made by T.T. / Pay pal or any other mode mutually acceptable to GEMCO and the concerned customer.
- Under no circumstances GEMCO is bond to fulfill the order. However if we accept your order, we shall do our best to complete the order to the best level as per your requirement and expectations.
- In exceptional cases, if we are not able to complete the order due to any unavoidable circumstances, we shall return you the 50% amount paid by the customer.
